I didn’t set out to become a procurement career coach.

 

But over 20 years in recruitment, including more than a decade specialising in procurement hiring, I realised something.

It wasn’t just about filling roles. It was about helping people tell their story well enough to get into the room and feel confident once they got there.

I’ve worked with mid to senior-level procurement professionals across industries, led high-performing teams and built a deep understanding of what hiring managers actually look for.
I’ve also been on the other side of the table, navigating my own career shift and choosing to align what I do with how I want to work and live.

Alongside my experience, I’ve completed ICF-accredited certificates in Career Coaching and Executive Leadership, and I regularly invest in industry-leading workshops to stay relevant and focused to support my clients.

That experience shapes how I support my clients today with honesty, strategy, empathy and momentum.

My Story.

I didn’t set out to become a procurement career coach. But after over 20 years in recruitment, including more than a decade supporting senior procurement professionals in their careers, I realised it was never just about filling roles. It was about helping people tell their story in a way that opens the right doors.

I’ve worked with experienced procurement professionals across industries, led recruitment teams and sat at the decision-making table with hiring managers. I understand what makes someone stand out and what gets overlooked.

Like many of my clients, I’ve also navigated my own career pivots. I stepped away from a successful recruitment career to create something more aligned with how I wanted to work and live. That decision gave me the clarity I now help others find.

Alongside my experience, I’ve completed ICF certificates in career coaching and executive leadership and I continue to invest in my development to offer support that is both strategic and human.

I’m proud of the meaningful impact this work has on my clients' careers and of the safe, non-judgmental space I create for them to reflect, explore and share their career story, often more openly than they ever have before.

For many, it’s not about finding a new role, but about finding a better, happier place at work.
