Online Procurement Job Search Positioning Accelerator – Terms & Conditions
Founding Offer 2026 | Terms and Conditions
1. About us and these terms
These Terms govern your purchase of the Online Procurement Job Search Positioning Accelerator – Founding Offer 2026 (the “Offer”) from Narrate Your Career Ltd (company number 15524423), Ground Floor, 19 New Road, Brighton BN1 1UF, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: [email protected]. Website: www.narrateyourcareer.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Offer description shown at checkout. If the Offer description and these Terms conflict, these Terms prevail unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We will confirm acceptance and access by email, at which point the contract is formed.
2. Eligibility and international enrolment
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. We may accept orders from outside the United Kingdom, subject to applicable laws, payment availability and any location-specific restrictions communicated before purchase.
You are responsible for checking that the course is suitable for your circumstances and that you can access the relevant technology.
3. What the founding offer includes
The Offer includes six months’ individual access to the self-study online course and its associated materials, starting from the date access is provided; six course modules; one personalised CV review; one personalised LinkedIn profile review; 12 weekly Accelerator Check-In emails; optional invitations to designated online co-working sessions; and one individual Feedback and Action Plan Call.
The CV and LinkedIn reviews provide feedback and recommendations, not a full rewriting service. Participants should complete the relevant learning and submit materials in accordance with the instructions provided.
Co-working invitations relate to planned sessions in November 2026 and January and February 2027, subject to confirmed scheduling. Attendance is optional. These are shared working sessions, not guaranteed individual coaching, and no particular number of sessions or recording is promised unless expressly stated at checkout.
The Feedback and Action Plan Call will be scheduled for January or February 2027, subject to availability and booking instructions. The pre-call feedback questionnaire must be completed as requested. Completion of all course modules is not a prerequisite for the call.
The Offer is separate from the live 90-Day Procurement Job Search Accelerator and does not include ongoing one-to-one coaching, unrestricted personal support or participation in that programme.
4. Price and payment
The founding price is £595. You may pay £595 in full at purchase, or choose the three-instalment payment plan shown at checkout.
The pay-in-full option includes one 60-minute Feedback and Action Plan Call. The instalment option includes one 30-minute Feedback and Action Plan Call. Other stated founding benefits are the same for both options.
An instalment plan divides payment of the agreed total price; it is not a monthly subscription. All scheduled instalments remain payable subject to any applicable cancellation, refund or other statutory rights. If payment is overdue, we may suspend access or undelivered services after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.
5. Access, technology and changes
Course access is personal, non-transferable and limited to six months from activation. Access ends at the expiry of that period unless we expressly agree an extension in writing. You need a suitable device, internet connection and ability to use the course platform and online meeting software.
We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the Offer. If access is not working, please email us so we can investigate. We may make reasonable administrative, timetable or platform changes where necessary, without materially reducing the purchased Offer. If we cannot deliver a material element, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable law.
6. Sessions, attendance and conduct
One-to-one calls will be booked at mutually available times using our booking arrangements. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Where less notice is given or you do not attend, we may treat the session as used, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances. Late arrival does not normally extend the scheduled end time.
If we must postpone a session because of illness or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will offer a reasonable alternative. Missing an optional co-working session does not create an entitlement to an individual replacement session or refund, subject to applicable law.
You must treat other participants in co-working sessions respectfully and keep personal, professional and commercially sensitive information shared in group sessions confidential. We may remove a participant from a session or terminate participation for serious misconduct or confidentiality breaches, subject to applicable rights. Although we require confidentiality, we cannot guarantee other participants’ conduct.
7. Intellectual property and recordings
We own or license the intellectual property in the course, recordings, templates, worksheets and other materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own career development during your permitted access period. You may not share logins, distribute, publish, resell, reproduce or make course materials available to others without our written permission.
You may not make audio or video recordings of sessions without prior written consent. If we propose to record a group session, we will explain the arrangements and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Our commercial policy is not to offer discretionary refunds once enrolment and digital access have begun. This policy does not limit or exclude any statutory cancellation, refund, quality or other rights that apply to your purchase.
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, the treatment of digital content supplied immediately and live services supplied later may differ. Any request for immediate digital access, acknowledgement of potential loss of cancellation rights and request to begin services during a cancellation period must be obtained and confirmed in a legally effective manner.
If you believe you have a statutory cancellation or refund entitlement, contact [email protected]. Any refund legally due will be processed in accordance with applicable law, normally using the original payment method.
9. Coaching scope and outcomes
The course and related support provide education, and career-development guidance. They do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, promotion, remuneration or any other particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions, applications and career actions. We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Confidentiality and data protection
We will handle confidential information shared in individual support appropriately, except where disclosure is authorised, required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm or unlawful acts. Group participants must protect information shared by others.
We process personal information to administer purchases, provide course access, deliver reviews and sessions and communicate about the Offer, in accordance with our Privacy Notice Where necessary for group participation, limited information may be visible to other participants. Marketing communications are subject to separate applicable consent and privacy rules.
11. Liability and events outside our control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, and our total contractual liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Offer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate material changes.
12. Termination and general provisions
Either party may terminate for a material breach by the other, subject to any required notice, opportunity to remedy and applicable law. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse of content, inappropriate conduct or material confidentiality breaches. Termination does not remove accrued rights or payment obligations lawfully due.
These Terms and the Offer description accepted at checkout form the agreement. Material changes to the purchased Offer will be agreed where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes.
