I started working with Donna shortly after taking voluntary redundancy. I had not been particularly deliberate about my career to that point, choosing instead to focus on working hard in my role, gaining experience and progressing organically. I was therefore not sure about how to position myself in the job market and how to find my next role efficiently and effectively. Having seen some of Donna’s content on LinkedIn, I signed up for the signature course, and I can honestly say it has made a huge difference for me.  
  
Donna had the perfect skills and experience to help – a deep understanding of the procurement industry coupled with years of experience in procurement recruitment. After a few short weeks, I gained real clarity over my strengths, values, the type of work I enjoy and what I don’t. This has helped me to clearly articulate the value I can bring to organisations and increased my confidence in discussing that with potential employers. I don’t lack confidence generally but going into conversations with a clearer sense of myself professionally and what I want for my career is very reassuring. 
  
As conversations led to interviews, Donna was always available to provide advice on positioning, approach or anything else I needed. There was always flexibility to structure our sessions around the circumstances of my job search, so the topics were always timely and relevant. After around 6 weeks I secured my next role and will always remain incredibly grateful to Donna for all her support and expertise - I do not believe I would be where I am today without her help. I’m also excited to continue working with Donna in the future as our sessions will help with the rest of my career, not just this job search.
